緩解乳腺炎大解構🕵🏻‍♀️

✅ 分清症狀:第一寶

1. 乳房淵痛或觸摸時覺得溫暖;
2. 一般感覺不適;
3. 乳房腫脹;
4. 不斷或在哺乳期間出現疼痛或燒灼感;
5. 皮膚發紅,通常呈楔形📈圖案;
6. 101 F(38.3 C)或更高的發燒的話屬於感染性乳腺炎,建議馬上尋求醫生處方藥物治療。

🏪確診24小時治療:第二寶

1. 盡可能地休息;
2. 經常餵養寶寶,盡可能保持乳房排空;
3. 在餵食之前對疼痛部位採取溫暖措施(建議🛀🏻或🚿,增加循環,不要用暖包)
4. 當你的寶寶吸吮力較強時,先從乳房疼痛處集中餵食;
5. 嬰兒餵食時輕輕按摩乳房;
6. 改變餵食位置以幫助改變堵塞
7. 與國際認證IBCLC顧問談談其他餵養姿勢的方法;
8. 如果需要,請在泵奶之前、之後和之間輕輕搖晃乳房;
9. 餵奶/泵奶後馬上冷敷,可能有助於緩解疼痛并減輕腫脹;
10. 在沐浴或淋浴時,輕輕按摩受影響的區域朝向乳頭方向;
11. 增加母乳喂養頻率,如果你的乳房感覺飽脹,而你的寶寶未需要餵食,稍微手擠會有幫助舒緩;
12. 越早期治療意味著你的病情痊愈速度會更快,你會感覺病情減輕,並且你的乳房膿腫的風險也會降低。

🏡日常生活預防措施:第三寶

1. 確保你的寶寶很好地含在你的乳房上,並且姿勢餵得很好;
2. 按照寶寶想要餵食的需求一樣,經常哺餵寶寶;
3. 盡量避免錯失或推遲埋食;
4. 如果乳房變得不舒服,請將寶寶叫醒。如果您的寶寶對餵食不感興趣,您可能需要手擠少量以作舒適感;
5. 避免在餵食時有大多衣服阻隔或以手指對胸部快速向前推按施加壓力;
6. 盡可能地休息
7. 交替從哪個乳房開始每次餵食,不要限時,這可以幫助確保至少有一個乳房在每次第二次餵食時排奶良好;
8. 除非醫療機構建議,否則應避免給寶寶人奶以外的任何其他液體。

A summary of things to do to help relieve mastitis🕵🏻‍♀️

✅ Symtoms
1. Breast tenderness or warmth to the touch;
2. Generally feeling ill (malaise);
3. Breast swelling;
4. Pain or a burning sensation continuously or while breast-feeding;
5. Skin redness, often in a wedge-shaped pattern;
6. If Fever of 101 F (38.3 C) or greater;pls seek medical assistance from your Doctor immediately as it may be inflammatory mastitis.

🏪Start Treatment Within 24 Hrs

1. Rest as much as you can;
2. Keep the sore breast as empty as possible by feeding your baby often;
3. Apply warmth to the sore area before a feed;
4. Feed from the sore breast first, when your baby’s sucking is stronger
5. Massage the breast gently while your baby feeds
6. Change feeding positions to help shift the blockage
7. Talk to an IBCLC for ideas on other feeding positions;
8. Hand express if needed, before, after and between feeds;
9. Cold packs after a feed may help relieve pain and reduce swelling;
10. Gently massage the affected area towards the nipple while in the bath or shower;
11. Breastfeed often. Hand express if your breast feels full and your baby won’t feed often;
12. Early treatment will mean you get better faster, you will feel less ill and you will be at less risk of a breast abscess.

🏡 Daily Regular Prevention

1. Ensure your baby is attaching well to your breasts and feeding well;
2. Breastfeed your baby as often as your baby wants to feed;
3. Avoid missing or putting off feeds;
4. If a breast becomes uncomfortably full, wake your baby for a feed. If your baby is not interested in feeding, you may like to express a small amount for comfort;
5. Avoid putting pressure on your breasts eg with clothing or with your fingers while feeding;
6. Rest as much as you can;
7. Alternate from which breast you begin each feed. This can help ensure at least one breast gets drained well at every second feed;
8. Avoid giving your baby any other fluids except your breastmilk, unless medically advised to.
